About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst (Data & Application Integrations) to join our team as a contractor. This role is critical in aligning business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring the smooth delivery of multiple integration projects. You will act as a technical lead, engaging with stakeholders, analyzing business needs, designing integration workflows, and overseeing their delivery through development teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling organizations to integrate applications and data platforms efficiently, ensuring value creation through improved business effectiveness and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of use cases by defining strategies, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks.
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of projects across geographies.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate complex requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Work closely with developers and end-users to ensure technical and functional compatibility.
• Prepare test plans, perform system and regression testing, and support UAT.
• Manage production deployment for integration components.
• Design and implement integrations with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Develop and manage API workflows (REST, SOAP, webhooks) for seamless data exchange between systems such as Zoom, Okta, Workday, and Oracle EBS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Maintain clear documentation using wikis, Lucid Charts, and presentations.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in software architecture and data integration.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica.
• Strong expertise in API integrations, microservices, and cloud architectures.
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres, Snowflake, MS-SQL Server.
• Familiarity with integration tools like Informatica, Tray.io, AWS Glue, DBT, etc.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and project management tools (Jira).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

• Advanced certification in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Basic coding knowledge in Java or Python.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies like Lakehouse Architecture and Cloud Integration.
• Experience with enterprise-grade systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and Okta.
