About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Data Architect and BI Specialist to design and oversee modern data architectures, ensure efficient data transformations, and enable high-quality business intelligence solutions. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, drive best practices in data management, and enable the organization to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will be working with advanced cloud data platforms, BI tools, and cross-functional teams to build scalable and secure solutions that support critical business reporting and analytics.

This position requires a mix of hands-on technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to guide data teams, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure accuracy in financial and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data architecture and solutions.
• Oversee data transformation processes in Snowflake, ensuring data integrity, quality, and performance.
• Design and optimize Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) architectures to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Work with Salesforce & CPQ data and architecture, ensuring financial bookings and revenue reporting accuracy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and analysts, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and data models.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and management.
• Deploy and manage BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Sigma Computing to enhance visualization and reporting.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data architecture and BI.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or related roles.
• Proven expertise with Snowflake and its transformation processes.
• Strong knowledge of DWH and BI architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce & CPQ data and architecture.
• Proficiency in BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, etc.
• Strong understanding of financial bookings and revenue reporting within Salesforce and DWH.
• Ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
