We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – Digitalization Lead, who will be responsible for driving business excellence initiatives within Genpact’s Growth functions. The successful candidate will engage with business teams and lead cross-functional projects to improve processes, enable adoption of new technologies, and deliver transformational value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic process transformation and digitization initiatives across Sales, Pricing, Compensation, and related functions.
• Drive innovative problem solving using data science, digital tools, and best practices.
• Lead user experience design for digital capabilities provided to internal clients.
• Ensure adoption of new technologies and processes across business functions.
• Oversee end-to-end program management of multiple business transformation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications – Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree from a top engineering school (IIT/NIT/BITS).
• MBA from a Tier-1 business school (IIM/FMS/SPJAIN/ISB).
• Proven track record in business excellence initiatives with expertise in:
  • Process transformation
  • System analysis & design
  • Automation
  • Data architectures & integration
  • Operational excellence
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and related business operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Passion for digital technologies with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale end-to-end business transformation programs (solution design, process mapping, diagnostics, SDLC).
• Prior experience in sales environments.
• Knowledge of CRM and related tools:
  • Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Valorex, Xactly (optional)
  • Analytics tools such as Tableau and CRM Analytics.
