Responsibilities

  • Partner with global brands to design and deliver customer experience strategies powered by Sprinklr.
  • Drive adoption and value realization of Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform across customer-facing functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between client goals and product capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights, data-driven recommendations, and solutions.
  • Represent Sprinklr’s values and culture in every customer interaction.

Qualifications – Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS / customer success / consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, CX, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global enterprises and Fortune 500 clients.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven CX platforms.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
